| This smooth and mellow Seggiano Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made from organically grown grapes which are naturally fermented to create a harmonious balance of flavours, aromas and texture. It has no added caramel (E150), which some producers add to colour and thicken, nor does it contain sulphites.
Made in Modena according to strictly controlled methods, the must (grape juice) of organic grapes from Emilia Romagna is blended with organic wine vinegar and matured in aged wooden barrels through a slow and careful process The result is a balanced authentic high quality vinegar. Use in sauces, dressings and marinades.
