This Selvapiana oil is specially selected by the River Cafe for use in their restaurant. A thick, green and fruity oil made solely from the Frantoio variety of olive grown on the Selvapiana estate in the cool Rufina zone nprth-eat of Florence.  It is delicious for bruschetta, bread and fish soups and adds an extra dimension to rocket, chicory, trevise and other bitter leaf salads.
