The Pasta Roller allows you to make sheets of pasta up to 140mm wide for lasagne and to adjust to the desired thickness. The two cutters allow you to make fresh tagliatelle (6mm wide) or linguini fini, egg noodles, tortellini and "angel-hair" type pasta (1.5mm wide). Both the roller and the cutters are made of durable chromed metal. The set comes with a cleaning brush.
