Seville Vino Cotto is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and that wonderful bitter edge only Seville oranges can give. Seville Vino Cotto is a bitter-sweet, highly aromatic, velvety syrup, thick with Seville Oranges. It can be used in sauces and vinaigrettes or when baking or dessert making. Perfect in a chocolate bread and butter pudding, drizzled over Crème Catalan or as a sauce for pork belly, duck terrine or roasted fennel.
