With a longer back, shorter front and diagonal hems, it is an incredibly flattering shape for those who want to cover their bottoms. Attention is drawn to the shoulders and away from the lower half because of the concentrated pleating in that area. With no cuff detail, the sleeve length can be shortened just by rolling it up.
The fabric, cotton broad, gives the shirt shape and a more sophisticated angle; so it is perfect with elegant trousers and jewellery for special occasions.
Fits all sizes up to a UK20 but is particularly good on a tall, larger lady.
