| The Fontodi estate is known for making exceptional Chianti Classico wine, as well as the finest in Tuscan extra virgin olive oil produced mainly from Frantoio, blended with Moraiolo, Leccino and Correggiolo varieties. The olives are harvested by hand and gently pressed as soon as possible to retain maximum freshness and fragrance of the fruit. The delicate balance of components produces oil rich in colour with fine aromas of artichoke leaf and an elegant taste. |
