The Cuisinart Griddle and Grill not only allows you to reproduce these at home but also acts as a table top open grill and griddle and contact grill, adjusting to any thickness of food.
This grill has a fat and grease draining system and two interchangeable non-stick griddles, one ridged, the other flat. Since they can be removed and are dishwasher safe, they are easy to clean. Attractive commercial grade stainless steel housing.
