Delivery and Returns
We use a Courier Service for most of our deliveries to mainland UK. We reserve the right to use alternative delivery services where appropriate.
We aim to dispatch orders within three working days using a next day delivery service either by courier or post. During busy periods this time may be extended. You can also specify a delivery date in the ordering process. However, our delivery charge applies to deliveries made on a Monday to Friday only. Should you require a Saturday delivery you will need to contact us for a quote (see contact details below). Please note that orders received after 12pm on Thursdays may not be dispatched until the following Monday. We are also unable to deliver on national or Bank holidays.
Cost of Delivery
A flat rate of £8.50 will apply for all orders within mainland UK except furniture, mirrors and lighting, the cost of delivery for which will be provided on application.
Promotional delivery rates may apply from time to time. These will be clearly stated on the Shop Home Page.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your goods. Please check them upon receiving them. If they are not what you ordered, please contact us and return them within 7 working days, starting from the first working day after you receive the goods, and we will give you a full refund of the cost of the goods (excluding the cost of delivery). Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging so that they can be returned to stock for resale, The right to a refund in full will not apply if this condition is not met and we reserve the right in such circumstances to charge a restocking fee.
However, if in the unlikely event that the goods are not received in a satisfactory condition, we will be happy to exchange, give you a refund or issue a credit note if you return the item(s) within 7 working days from receipt of the goods.

You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless the item(s) was/were faulty.
The right to return goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances: -
• the product has been used;
• the product(s) had been ordered, made or customised specifically for you and would not normally be sold in the store;
• the product(s) had by its nature a limited lifespan (eg fresh food).
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
