Maggie Beer's range of fruit pastes has always backed her philosophy that just as wine can be matched with food so too can cheese be matched with pastes. There are currently six pastes in the repertoire: quince, cabernet, fig, blood plum, spiced pear and apple. These products have other uses as well. For example, they can be used in stuffings, combined with stock for meat glazes, used to replace dried fruit in biscuit recipes and on it goes... |
