Not so long ago I was lucky enough to be involved in the UK launch of Maggie Beer's latest cookery book "Maggie's Kitchen". In Australia Maggie is regarded as a National Treasure and I have been a long-time devotee of her books and the products that continue to emerge from her farm enterprise in the Barossa Valley. Being lucky enough to taste some of her recipes cooked by great London chefs using her products, I couldn't wait to replicate them. We did carry all the products currently imported into the UK. However, we are currently experiencing supply difficulties mainly as a result of the strength of the Australian Dollar.
