Zotter's Hand-Scooped Chocolate Bars have become a bit of a cult. They are chocolates that are built up in delicious layers by hand, spreading fillings layer after layer, sprinkled with fruits and nuts, before being enrobed in couverture chocolate, adjusted by Zotter into the appropriate varieties that optimise the other ingredients. To enjoy the chocolates at their best, Zotter recommends opening the chocolate bar and letting it breathe at room temperature. Then, if you can restrain yourself, you should nibble it in small pieces. |
