We started our clothing department with pure linen comfortable clothing from Flax. (Back in those days, we thought of them as our “eating” clothes – comfortable before and after meals.) It remains one of our favourite clothing brands - fun, fashionable, and very easy to care for! It comes into its own in high summer and this season’s designs are some of the best in years.

There are several collections during the season in a range of weights and colours and we generally carry a representative range of these in three sizes – Small, Medium and a generous Large. This summer we have also extended the sizing on selected trousers for the lady with the larger bottom! The garments are preshrunk, easy to care for, washable & dryable.
