Some people are born bread makers and some aren’t. I am one of the latter so the Panasonic Automatic Breadmaker is a godsend for those of us who like the idea of making our own bread but have neither the time nor the ability to do it by hand. My input takes no longer than 5 minutes to assemble and weigh out the ingredients, pop them in the breadmaker and set the controls. I tried a number of different brands before deciding that the Panasonic was the best. It may be a bit more expensive than others on the market but it outperforms them, giving more consistent results every time. I put its better performance down to the fact that it always warms the ingredients before it starts the dough making process and its solid (rather than windowed) lid.
