Our Ledbury store carries thousands of products from the best food and drink through kitchen appliances, table top, homewares, seriously wonderful gifts to our increasingly successful fashion ranges. To buy from the site, you will need to register with us. The registration process will commence when you start to add products to your basket. Please take time to register as it will speed up the whole buying process. Once you place an item in your basket, it will be reserved for you for 20 minutes, taking it off the stock available to sell on the store floor and online store.
If you think we might sell something that you can't find online, or if you're having problems with the site, please contact me personally by email at patriciaharrison@cecipaolo.com. I would be delighted to advise you about any products we have in stock. Nearly everything from food to books to kitchen equipment through to clothes and furniture can be sent to mainland UK. Our flat fee charge for UK delivery on orders under £100 is £9.00. Until 31 May 2012 deliveries on orders over £100 are free of charge. Most products on the site are available for delivery within three working days but expect longer lead times at busy periods like Christmas. If an item is shown as not deliverable, you can still buy it online and collect it from the store or ring us to get a quote for delivery.
Overseas customers cannot order online but we are able to send many easy-to-post items by international delivery. So, if you live outside the UK or you've got family and friends overseas, you'll be able to have a wide variety of products delivered. We already send to a number of European destinations. Delivery lead times vary, but generally average about 3-5 days. We also currently send to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery to these destinations normally takes about 6-8 days.
